Standard Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellations More Than 7 Days Before Check-In:
– Guests can cancel their reservation without penalty up to 7 days before the check-in date.
– For promotional rates, where the first night’s reservation charge is required as a down payment at the time of booking to secure the dates, a full refund will be issued within 3-5 business days via the original payment method.

2. Cancellations More Than 7 Days Before Check-In:
– Cancellations within 7 days of arrival will incur the first night’s reservation charge.
– No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within this period.

Modifications to Reservations
1. Modifications Made More Than 7 Days Before Check-In
– Guests can modify their reservation dates or property selection up to 7 days before the check-in date without penalty, subject to availability.
– Any difference in the rate resulting from the modification will be charged or refunded accordingly.

2. Modifications Made 7 Days or Less Before Check-In
– Modifications to reservations within 7 days of the check-in date are subject to approval and may incur additional charges.
– Changes are subject to availability and the discretion of Sunshine Guide Group.

Early Departures and No-Shows
1. Early Departures
– Guests who depart earlier than the scheduled check-out date will not receive a refund for the unused nights.
– The full reservation amount will be charged.

2. No-Shows
– If a guest does not check in on the scheduled arrival date, we will charge the first night’s reservation fee.

Force Majeure
Unforeseen Circumstances
– In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government actions, or other emergencies beyond the control of Sunshine Guide Group, cancellations or modifications may be accommodated.
– Refunds or credits for future stays will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Security Deposit
1. Requirement
– Some properties may require a security deposit. This information will be clearly mentioned at the time of booking.
2. Refund
– The security deposit is a refundable amount held to cover any potential damages or excessive cleaning fees during your stay. If required, details about the deposit amount and the refund process will be provided in your booking confirmation.
